You need a valid reason like your store is unable to support your availability or you’ve moved and your commute would be extended. Unless you’ve spoken to your manager and have their support to transfer, not getting along with your coworker won’t be enough since there’s no way to guarantee that you’ll get along with all the partners at the store you want to transfer to.
Your first step should be speaking to your manager about the issues you’re having.

my manager is well aware of the situation the thing is this shift supervisor thinks he’s god and my manager supports him on anything he wants to do... i asked her about transferring and she said she’d hate for me to let you go but if that’s what i wanted then i should go for it

Gotcha. So then put something like “For reasons previously discussed with manager (on date if you have it)”. They know what the issue is and it doesn’t sound like they’re going to get in your way. Tell prospective managers that you need a change of scenery or something. If your manager doesn’t care, they won’t care.
