So only the partners that had been exposed to the covid positive person will be able to quarantine the full 14 days. If they are asymptomatic, according to CDC guidelines they can come back to work in 10 days from the day they were exposed. My store has shut down twice and I’ve gone through this already, but the partners who never got exposed will most likely be working on limited hours to get the store running while some of the staff are in quarantine. This was ensured through the use of Block Scheduling and if your store was consistent with that then you should be up and running the next 2 days. Also with catastrophe pay we can only get it 2 times now if ever the store shuts down so you have to be extremely careful from now on because there might be a time when you would actually need it again.
