Always include that day, so the answer for your example is the 13th

If it is good opened for seven days, then logically the first day you open it is the first day of those seven.
The confusion comes from dating things with hours-long shelf lives.
Pretty much anything I open I'll date to expire based on if it'll be annoying to closers or during peek. Expires Monday at 6am? We're gonna call that Sunday EOD.

But keep in mind that “EOD” is not an appropriate way to label the day dot! Make sure to label it, for example, Sunday 9 P.M. (whenever you store closes) as per standard!
