If an employee/shift tested positive for Covid-19 and quarantine..how long until they should/could come back to work?(self.starbucksbaristas)

I know this gets asked a lot but basically we have a shift that tested positive last Sunday/Monday (about 10 days ago) and is coming back tomorrow. Is that enough time or typical protocal?

Someone at my store also came back after ten days. Sbux gives no fucks

Well I assume they care if they have to close the store if they get multiple cases or struggle for partners

My store hasn't closed once, plenty of exposures. And the over the night sanitation is a joke. Our DM cares about profits more than anything else.

Yes...well not to be provocative here but I think that's what a bunch of my staff dont mind giving free drinks away here and there. If you're going to limit staff to save $14 an hour they just give $14 in drinks away

14 days is the recommendation.

I did hear the CDC lessened it but I dont get why they dont have required test to prove your negative before coming back. I just assume anyone who has it would want a test saying negative before un quaratining
