starbucks partners always talk shit about each other. i’m personally such a drama free person, friends with everyone, so it’s kind of funny when people complain about each other to me. i get to hear all sides of it.
that’s just how it is. the most dramatic people work at starbucks- it’s very on brand.
however, racism is different. if these things are bothering you definitely put in a complaint.
