Everytime somebody from my store pulls out some sleeves of lids that weren't tied and it drops all over the floor I yell "Set up!" 🤣

we (and by we i mean literally only i do this) put one of the big green starbucks stickers over it and label which size they are before storing them away on the floor

I never leave a bag of lids unfinished... I use the whole ass sleeve up by stacking them ridiculously high in every holder/plexi and watch my baristas try not to spill them all. I aint walking all the way back to BOH thats too far and kids these days need to learn some finesse while on bar
