lady comes through the DT. orders a GRANDE caramel frap, and when ordering her coffee then claims she doesn’t know our sizes despite just ordering a grande, so i tell her small... medium... large... like it’s not that hard but anyways, she orders. pulls up to the DTwindow, has no mask on, sneezes all over her cash that she pays with, and when i hand her her drink the sleeve fell off (it was triple cupped because i had no sleeves but found one last minute and put it on the cup, then it fell off on accident during hand off.) she grabs the cup, and YELLS “JESUS CHRIST do you have like a sleeve?!??” like it wasn’t fucking triple cupped... and i’m like “yeah, sorry, it fell off.” and she rolls her eyes. she also ordered a tall water (which again... going back to her whole “i don’t know the size” thing but you knew a grande was a medium... even if u don’t know the sizes jus fucking say small medium or large” and i hand her the water, she yells “UMMM I ASKED FOR A TALL WATER.” i’m so unamused at this point and i say “this is a tall water.” and she goes “no, this is a small water.” i’m like .......... “yes, tall is small.” she goes “okay well can i have a large????? jesus!!” and i was so exhausted by the end of that interaction, she caused a whole line to form at 11pm because of that lol

Im new, and on the window. This lady has a mobile order and my bar people are slammed. I leave to make the food item because noone is on ovens i guess. This lady is huffy that she has to wait. I hand her the food and take her payment. Im rushing cause its a total backup. Ask i take her payment she askes for a drink carrier. I help finish up the drinks and go to hand her the first drink. She flips her shit and in the worst tone screeches "uHh MY DRINK CARRIER." i quickly apologized and grabbed her one. Idk why but that was a rough one lol. Its not a horror story like ive had in other retail jobs but like lady cool it.

Mine was on my last shift on solo Drive thru. Im taking orders and being polite. I take a semi- regular orders. I know she can be an annoying old woman already.

I finish taking her order and conclude "Al right, perfect. Is there anything else I can get for you?" Only to have her complain "YOU NEED TO TURN YOUR VOLUME DOWN, I CAN HEAR YOU 3 CARS BACK!"

So there were these two ladies (I would say around mid20s) and they were extremely rude to the partner on DTO. I was on bar but we all had headsets so we could hear the conversation.

It went something like this. First off, her friend who was in the passenger seat and had her mask on was ordering. She was mumbling and my coworker said "I'm sorry ma'am but I'm having a hard time hearing you. Can you please speak up a little for me?" Then the lady in the driver seat started screaming the order. At the end of her concert, she screamed "did you get it all or are you just f\*cking stupid?" And then she just drove off.

Once at the window, she tried paying with a hundred dollar bill. The partner who was at the window, who was a FRESH green bean (I'm talking she's still training) politely told her "I'm sorry ma'am but we don't have enough cash to make your change." Then this lady started cussing at my coworker at the window and threw a $20 at her and some change.

So they give her the order. She then whips around to the front of our store and walks in without a mask. We welcome her in and the SS ask her to wear a mask. She looks at the SS and says "f\*ck you) and then proceeds to bang on the counter to get my attention. She says "hey. the girl at the window only gave us one fork." I grab a fork and say "I'm sorry ma'am. We only give out one fork per egg bite order but you can always request for more." She rolls her eyes and yanks it out of my hand and storms out.

Well she comes running in AGAIN and when she comes in she says "I'm not wearing a f\*cking mask so don't ask (I wonder why her friend was wearing a mask but she didn't want too? lol people are odd when they want their coffee). I want another straw. It's so ridiculous that I have to come running in here like this." We hand her a straw and apologize and she says "F\*ck all you."

The most bizarre encounter I had by far. I swear, Starbucks breeds a specific type of customer. So so strange.
