I almost had a back and forth with a customer because she didn't understand that you cant put a cake pop in the warmer. I feel like when you tell a customer they cant have something, they have a meltdown.

I’m just a customer that enjoys this sub, and as a customer, I offer my sincere apology for everyone that pulls this ridiculous shit! For the love of pete how do you put up with these insane orders!
I’ve been a server and worked retail, so perhaps that influences my perception. Please know that some of us keep our orders simple and doable for your time sensitive environment and we sincerely appreciate all that you do!
