I tried looking this up online, but I can't find any references on the Internet. Let's say I don't work for two weeks (a pay period). What will happen to my health insurance plan? Would the cost be deducted from my next pay statement?

Nothing will happen to your insurance, the only thing that matters is that you have 520 benefits eligibility hours before the January audit. You can find this number in your pay pdf or mysbuxben.com

I believe you receive a bill for the amount you owe.
