For context: I was not a Starbucks person before I was hired and didn’t even know abt holiday drinks. Anyway, I was put on drive bar during early morning peak and at the time I wasn’t 100% prepared or familiar with peak. That’s not anyone’s fault, I was just usually on drive thru. Our set up for the holiday syrups was an absolute mess, there were syrups piled up and all around the bar to accommodate them all. To try and keep clutter down, they set up one toasted white mocha on one bar and the caramel brûlée on the other. When the orders started kicking up I was proud I was making the drinks so fast and with the correct topping. I found out later that I had made every toasted white mocha with caramel brûlée sauce bc that’s the syrup on my bar. No one I worked with knows and no customer ever complained....
