pre-pandemic i asked a customer not to do this, and she B L E W up on me, like my sm had to step in and deal with her. she was all “is this a real rule? where does it say i can’t do this?” and to this day, three years later, i think about this woman and the absolute audacity she had.

Ugh i still remember their hands crawling over the bar top to grope for imaginary flat lids when our store only had dome lids left... and they didn’t believe me.

Loooved throwing out everything they touched. What a waste.

And they watch for when you’re making their drink so they can make sure you get all the modifications right and that you fill the cup allll the way to the top
