Hey everybody, currently a shift supervisor and going to be moving to California at some point soonish. ( ya know covid and all that) Trying to budget and plan for but don’t really even know ballpark what I would be getting paid out there. Not to be super specific but it would be the Irvine, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach area. If anyone is willing to share either what you are currently making or even just an estimate that would be awesome. I know the raise hasn’t quite gone through yet either and it’s different for different regions too. My messages are open too if you’d rather PM me that works too.

Id definitely call the store. (When I moved out of state, it's what I did). Not too helpful, but I will be making 19.25 (shift) or so starting the 14th. Im a partner from the county north of sf. My friend said we're paid around the same as that region.

This is a weird suggestion, but google maps the area, call a local store during a time it might be slow, and ask. "I'm planning to move to the area and am trying to figure out a ballpark pay rate; can you tell me the starting SSV pay at your store?"
