They tell us puree on the bottom, middle and top. Plus the holiday sprinkles. You get what you get and you don't get upset. Puree doesn't just sit there. It spreads all through the cup. There is no layering.

I’ve tried it without the sprinkles, it pretty much tastes like a strawberry cream Frappuccino. I also tried the heavy cream version and I ended up liking that one more, just because it’s creamier and tastes like strawberry ice cream.

This one lady and her son spent ten minutes lecturing me while I was making drinks about how “Starbucks should know about their secret menu and fan made drinks” like no we fucking shouldn’t.

Seriously, those are the people that find ANY reason to complain! Like just shut up, order your crappy drink and GO!!! 😂😂😂 I had a Karen encounter today where she literally was too dumb to process what I was saying, so I looked at my shift and went “can you handle this? I need a moment”. I walked to the back and 2 minutes later he came and told me once he talked to her that she apologized for how she treated me. Couldn’t wait for me to come out to apologize to my face. Mind you I spend a lot of time on bar, and generally I solo. The amount of people who bitch and moan to me while I’m 10 drinks deep and mobiles won’t stop coming in, I’ve just learned to tune them out. I just continue making drinks and calling them out. I have zero time or energy to deal with a customer being inconvenienced but the smallest and stupidest things. 😪

before i get boo'd off stage, i tried one the other day called "the grinch" (i made it during my shift lol) and .. it was so sweet. i reminded me vaguely of a sugar cookie and i loved it. not an everyday thing though for me personally
