Sooooo... earlier today I dropped a whip and, since it had been on the gross floor, took it back with the dirty dishes. The whip container had been full but obvi i thought that if something fell on the floor it has to be properly washed. The shift on duty told me after the fact that we were able to just wipe it off with a sanitizer rag and keep using it. Does anybody know what we’re actually supposed to do in this scenario???
