Okay one, who was on closing duty
Two, who was on CS during the weeks you were off, specifically on the day before you came back
And three, what is that organization of condiments.
Dear lord, it makes me sick nobody cleans the wand. Let me tell you, when I came back from a winter break, I was on opening duty and found a cockroach just chilling on the wand. The wand looked just like that.
Yeah after experiencing that, I asked to be only on the register or CS. Can't flatter me about how good my barrista skills are.

I work at a tarbux so there really isn't a cs and all our other closers are very very green beans, like still within their first month, so their closing skills aren't there yet....
I wish it wasn't like this but half our baristas are so new and we never have time to properly train cause we're the only starbucks open in our entire city most days ://

I feel like it's always like that every starbucks, even before the pandemic. You get half the staff that's relatively new but they aren't properly trained. It takes a month for them to know what to do, which isn't enough for corporate. I remember my head supervisor told me to teach like..3 or 4 of the new guys in like a week, otherwise she has to let them go. Which is pretty nerve wracking considering that their job is on my hands.

You (and by you I mean your coworkers) know this doesn't happen if you wipe off the wand after every drink, right?

Controversial but when it gets bad we use a metal sign holder for the sandwich display otherwise we just use a gift card or a hot lid.
