My biggest issue with the HCMT is that we don’t stock tea bags on hot bar. My store got pretty good about keeping plexis with Jade Citrus and Peach Tranquility close to hot bar, and swapping packs of honey for the honey blend pump made it not as terrible anymore.
But those Cloud Macchiatos. Heaven forbid you didn’t foam enough milk the first time, you’d have to make more foam, re-pull shots, the absolutely worst. I’ll see that drink in Hell one day, I’m sure.

I **hate** making iced matchas. I don't know why, because I love making doubleshots and I don't mind refreshers, but for some reason iced matchas just make me want to heavily sigh and roll my eyes. I hate themmmmm.

HCMT are so annoying because I just hate opening tea bags. But I despised cloud macchiatos so much. So glad they got discontinued. I almost hated them more than Frappuccinos.

Yes so the powder has been discontinued but they still have a limited amount. Eventually they’ll run out and hopefully soon
