Today customers were really rude all that and we were working nonstop since there is the 2 for 1 rn and at one point there was this girl at the drive who ordered 3 grande drinks. I give her the first one and she tells me she wanted it hot so I apologized and remade the drink right away, but after that everytime I hand over a drink to her she tells me it was a venti or a trenta. my coworkers and I CLEARLY remember her telling us that it was 4 grande but we have to satisfy the client right? So we make ventis. I feel like customers do that a lot take advantages bc they know we HAVE to redo it if they don't like it and it pisses me off. Oh and especially since after I redo all the drinks she told me "oh u made my day so many free drinks haha" in a really sarcastic tone. I'm really tired of that honestly. Especially when we are in a rush.

We have a problem at our store with that as well. Before COVID regulations of not reaccpeting items, we would make them hand us the drinks back. We have to also now have a "remake book" to where if you leave the store and want a remake, they have to leave their name and what the drink was exactly. Whoever handles the remake writes the date of it plus their initials. Seems like a lot, but I reiterate that it is a problem.
