Hey guys!

Tomorrow is my first day and I am super excited, but I'm just kind of nervous about what to expect the first couple of weeks and if you guys had any tips please let me know! What makes me nervous is memorizing the difference between these drinks like pour-overs, etc... Thank you!

You will do modules on the computer and that is where you get most of the “book” information and then you’ll actually act out whatever part of the modules that you complete with whatever knowledge you just gained. You won’t be tossed on the drink bar to make drinks your first day, don’t worry!

Never be afraid to ask your coworkers for help. We are all called partners for a reason. We’re here to help you grow and get comfortable in making drinks! You’ll do great!!

Thank you so much! Today was my second day and I feel so comfortable with my partners which made me less tense :) I wanna memorize stuff at home and practice at home to prepare for bar because I’m really eager about working here but I don’t really know where to start haha! I love it so much already and I’m trying to push through training and my shifts are really cool :))

I’m so glad! It might feel overwhelming but you’ve got this! It takes time to memorize all of the recipes but you will! :)

Some people won't be nice to you, don't let it get to you.:)

You’ll do computer training first, then some cold/hot bar training and maybe drive through training if your store has it.

The register seems daunting at first but after about a week it gets easier. I’m also new. Good luck!
