I was soloing at night and was at what I thought was my wits end, but then the magical ding entered my headset. I greeted the customer in my very fake high pitched customer server voice and asked what they wanted. They replied back asking for a “venti cappuccino, but with no foam”

I rang up a latte and they were annoyed I put latte and I just almost gave up then and there

Pretty sure most customers get their coffee from gas stations and such, then when they come to Starbucks their expectations are off.
I'm convinced most don't even know what they're ordering, how it's made or what goes in their drinks.
