Congratulations on your first day! It's always great to take initiative and ask your shift if there's anything that needs to get done, and with more experience and practice you'll be able to recognize tasks and ways to help out on your own.
Remember you're still in you training period! Your main goal right now is to learn! If there's a position you want to get more practice in, such as bar or register, you can always ask your trainer to be placed there so you can get your practice in.
Go easy on yourself and have fun! It's a lot to pick up but communicating with your trainers and shifts will set you up for success 😎👍🏾

Congrats!! Don’t worry, it’s totally normal to feel this way! I was in your position about a month ago, now I’m thrown on drive bar during mid rushes! Don’t be afraid to ask questions! If anything I would say push to be on bar support whenever you can so you can get familiar w the drinks! Welcome to the family, you’ll be a coffee addict in no time!😂
