I’m graduating and can no longer work on my university campus, any advice to maybe get a job at a corporate store? (self.starbucksbaristas)

So I currently work at the two starbucks locations on my university campus (they’re licensed), but they’re really high volume and our managers are super strict on both starbucks and university standards. I’ve worked there for a little over 2 years, and I really love my job despite the stress it brings and I loveee the friends I’ve made working there. But I’m graduating this week! So I technically can’t work there anymore since I will no longer be a student:( I would really love to continue working at starbucks, and I did put in an application for the location near my house but I’m worried that my application will get lost in the bunch. Should I maybe go into the store and ask to talk to the hiring manager? Just to introduce myself and mention that I’m interested in working there? If any of you have suggestions I would really appreciate it:)

Congratulations!!!! How exciting! I would suggest giving them a call and asking to speak w/ the manager about your application, from there make sure to hype yourself up and talk about your experience and interest! It might be better to call before popping in, just in case the manager isn’t there, but you can also ask what time would be good for you to come meet them in person! Good luck!!!
