How far in advance are our managers supposed to post schedules? I don’t even know what I’m working next Monday (12/21). I end up feeling very anxious awaiting the schedule because it’s such short notice. If we have to ask off three weeks in advance, we should have schedules that far out as well.

I think by policy schedules are supposed to be posted three weeks out. For example, this past Monday we got our schedule for the week of December 28.
State law may also be a factor. In some states you have to have a certain amount of notice.
