I feel like this is something corporate did on purpose to hinder hmm...AT LEAST HALF OF US from not getting proper raises. Why have it be up to the DM’s discretion when all they had to do was give us those “10%” raises in JANUARY like they usually do. This is a PR stunt to make them look good for giving us less than we deserve.

I’m making the starting supervisor rate even tho I’ve been with the company almost 3 years and a ssv for two of those yet I’m getting the same rate as the supervisor that just started🙃
