Say a partner came to work knowing that partner has Covid symptoms, like couldn’t smell or taste, and still came to work. What do you think management would do?
What if the only proof is another partners word that the partner in question told them they had these symptoms before coming on shift...

Report them to ethics and compliance ☺️ they’ll investigate it! And if true, they’ll probably be fired.

Honestly I am livid and want to make sure I go about this the right way so proper action is taken. Thank you!

This happened at my store and the shift working was fired for not sending that barista home. You need to report that 😳

This happened at my store! Everyone was so mad because it was that partner’s first day of training (which couldve easily been pushed back) and she neglected to tell anyone she was waiting on results. Everyone that was on shift with her could not work for two weeks and tomorrow is our first day back. It really sucked for the people that were not on shift with the COVID person because our store stayed open (with maybe 7-8 partners clear to work). Thankfully it had reduced hours but from what they said in our groupme, it was NOT fun.

Let me guess, Texas? I’ve heard a few stores here having their employees come in sick /:
