one time my SM asked a SSV to call around and find coverage for her shift. as she was in the hospital.. unable to speak.

I think I put more pressure on myself because im so anxious about how awkward it would be to call out or leave my team hanging but honestly if you don't feel ok then you shouldn't be at work so if I ever needed to take time off I overthought it for a while and just called out but set my phone as far as possible 🥴😭
