outbreaks at stores and not reporting it (self.starbucksbaristas)

I wanted to hop on here and get some perspectives from other partners on this issue.

I'm a partner from Canada and we've been told (at least in my district) that when there is an outbreak at a store, we will not be reporting it to public health. The store will close and be sanitized, partners will get tested and then the store will reopen once partner's tests have come back. Idk about you guys but this seems extremely fucked up to me. Where I live we are currently back in lockdown and have approx 200 new cases every day and it seems really negligent for Starbucks not to be announcing when a store has an outbreak. Part of me has been debating just calling public health anonymously and letting them know.

Have any of you experienced the same thing?

Had an outbreak at my US store, closed early one day, partners on isolation for a week (unsure if they got tested), back to business.

Edit: addition: I’m not even sure what our procedure for this is since one of the partners “infected” was the manager so it all went to hell right away.
