I totally get what you mean. It wasn’t when we opened, but there was a mother and her daughter who came in during a rush. They orders a few cups, drinks, and I think also food as well. Then the mother asked if she could get a coffee traveler too, pointing to the display box we had in the shelves. I explained to her that would take about 10-30 minutes and she was super surprised hearing that. I believe she thought the displayed coffee traveler had coffee already in it.
