Hey just a heads up, you can get your store shut down by letting pets in. I’m not trying to be a Debby downer but they pose a huge risk for service animals and your health codes- and yes, even in a cart.
Please check to make sure any animals that come in your store are service animals by asking the 2 questions, as outlined on the pamphlet somewhere in your store

thank you for your comment! this is something we are aware and take steps to minimize, but both our SM and DM take no issue with how we handle these situations. our store is downtown in a metropolitan area, so we have no drive though. also right now temperatures are averaging around 20 degrees throughout the day. a lot of our customers walk their dogs A LOT (as they should) so if they bring them into the store we ask them to keep their pet by the door (15~ feet from the bar). when there is more than 1 pet we ask them to wait in our shared lobby space with our building next to our cafe, which is a completely separated area but does have a lot of glass windows so we can either signal them back into the cafe, or hand off their drink ourselves. i know this isn’t 100% to code and if someone has a problem then yes our store will shut down, but in the last 5 years no one has ever said anything and our DM is fully aware ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
