We had someone at my store do something similar to the Irish cream cold brew. Basically just wanted a VSCCB. The worst part is they probably waited all year to do that 😭

There is a lady at my store who orders a grande hot chocolate with two shots of espresso and no vanilla... so a latte? “NO I WANT A HOT CHOCOLATE”- the lady.
