You will also get tips cashed out weekly on top of the minimum wage, which is dependent on hours worked and amount tipped that week (divided evenly between everyone except the store manager based on hours worked)

For part-time, this can really depend on store need. Some stores are able to give out 30+ hours per partner, others can barely give the minimum 20 hours needed for some benefits. It depends on how well-staffed and how busy your store in question is.
