Check the COVID Coach (you can access it online on the hub, I will see if I can find the link) and read each question carefully.
That will always be the most accurate information you can find. ☺️

My store manager and ASM have told us the only way to go home is if you have a fever over 100F. Doesn’t matter what the covid coach tells you. The fever apparently decides it. I’ve also noticed the thermometer that we use is definitely not accurate, it measures 5 degrees or more less than what you should be. So having a fever is not possible. We all had hypothermia apparently. However if you live with someone that is Covid positive you isolate. In Canada (Ontario) the isolation period is two weeks and public health enforces it.
Again coming from Starbucks Canada. If you get tested you isolate until the results come back. So if you are worried and you do live with an individual that could possible bring it home I’d suggest you get tested and isolate until the results come back.
I feel Starbucks at the store level has been very negligent. Speaking up doesn’t help since partners aren’t as appreciated as customers and their experience.

What my sm told our store is that you have to come in contact with a positive person to isolate. So if your girlfriend tests positive you would isolate. I do not know if they have changed the covid policies again but this is what we are going by
