hey! i worked there for almost a year and then covid hit, as for learning drinks, i was normally on bar during closing shifts when it was slower, and making small talk at the window i would look for something to compliment about them! whether it be their nails, their hair, their mask, literally anything you like about them . ask them if they have any plans for their day/weekend or holidays, it feels awkward but it only has to last a couple seconds
