Not sure if this dude’s name was Mike, but he came in just before peak no mask. my non-confrontational partner takes his order and tells him after he pays that he needs to put on a mask.. first mistake. I continuously tell him he needs to wear a mask inside or wait outside. he keeps complaining that it’s cold and he’ll just stand by the door “6-feet away” but still not wearing a mask. at this point, I’m basically telling him to leave or wait in his car cause I can’t bare to see his face. we end up finishing his order quickly so he can leave. but all that time he still wasn’t wearing a mask and now he’s thinking he can get away with it in the future cause he’s 6 feet away 😠 anyway, he should’ve just went through the drive-thru

In my previous and current store, that guy is deadass being asked to leave or no service rendered. Seriously. It’s a $4 coffee. Sbux can take the loss. It’s not worth y’all getting sick over.

Honestly, sometimes you just gotta "make the moment right" not for customers but for the people who are working with you. If it happens again you can refuse service, especially if your store has a "mask required" posted somewhere.
