does anyone know how to fix a warming printer like this? it’s only printing one ticket at a time and i have to open and close it twice. now it’s only printing one item pls help (v.redd.it)

I believe these are the new printers everyone is getting. As the looks from the stickers. They print one by one

Oh wait I’ve just seen it’s only printing one item. Sorry about that. Never had that happen. Maybe try unplugging it and plugging it back in
