does anyone know how to fix a warming printer like this? it’s only printing one ticket at a time and i have to open and close it twice. now it’s only printing one item pls help (v.redd.it)

There are two lil plugs on the back. Turn the printer off, then unplug the plugs. Wait like 10 seconds. Plug them in and hold the feed button and the on switch for like 10 seconds and it should spit out gibberish. Then it SHOULD work

ok so i got the gibberish out and then the paper light turned red and it stopped

Oh shoot i forgot about this one part but on one of your POS there should be a button i believe its under functions on the second tab on the right of the screen (forget what its called) and there should be an option to route the printer. I apologize for not having a brain and putting it in the first comment (i was actually getting ready to go to work lol)

Last time we had something similar just turning off and giving it a 5 count and turning it back on helped.

still nothing :/ it will only print if i open and close it again. even then, it’s only printing duplicates. thank you tho!

it’s been doing this for like a week & i can’t even feed the paper through. i’ll try this tho and let you know, thank you!
