Last week we had a lady come through and try to order a panini that we’d already run out of for the day. She was pissed, told us she didn’t want anything else and waited in the line to just drive away.

Twenty minutes later she comes through and proudly announces that she has a mobile order- for the exact same panini that we’d already told her we were out of. Like, did you think we were just lying to you the first time through? We’re trying to trick you because we feel like it, and you were gonna “get” us by mobile ordering?? She was so mad. I just don’t get people.

I hate that the app doesn’t auto-update. So irritating.

It’s. Always. The. Cups. They seriously need to get rid of those on the app because the amount of times people will buy one that we simply don’t have is astounding. And then of course they’re mad because we can’t refund their $20 or whatever

Ordered something today that wasn’t available when I arrived. Got a flat white instead and it was no problem, I waited like ~2 more minutes.
