Sooo i like how we got 10% raise to only find out our ours are getting cuz in half. So i’m literally gonna just make the same amount of pay. Gotta love the company saying they care When really they dont only saving face.

I kinda saw it coming but i didnt expect to be essentially forced out of my benefits cuz i wont make enough to keep them. And I honestly rely on my medical because it literally pays for the cost of my medication. I’m high risk and w/o my medical i don’t have enough to pay for my meds of almost $1k a bottle. I’m trying to get my back up plan ready and trying to get affordable healthcare but because technically right now i make more than enough i dont qualify. So i’m in one hell of a predicament. 😬

They lowered the benefit audit amount from 520 hours, not sure on the new number though

Ahh i didnt know that but im pretty sure i dont cut it i went from 4 sometimes 5 days a week with 5-8 hour shift down to just 2 days both 6 hour shifts. Like thats a big drop with literally no explanation. I was shocked.
