I finished training and I only need two modules left that will be done with my manager, but what now? Today I got thrown onto drive thru and I got the hang of it pretty quick just need help here and there but I want to be quicker and I want to be on hot/cold bar but I don’t know any drink recipes only shots of espressos and the syrups. I want to be an asset to my partners but need to drill these skills down first. Can anybody give me any tips? Thanks:)

Learn the POS inside and out, you’ll get familiar with all the ingredients! Once you master DTR and DTO then hot cold bar shouldn’t be too hard. Ask ALOT OF QUESTIONS to your baristas. And if you have any down time. Jump on bar and practice.
