GO HOME PLEASE. our rush hasn't stopped since i got here around 2 and it's almost 5 now.. some lady asked for an iced americano with no water and sc and we told her it would be cheaper to get a quad shot over ice with sc and she yelled at us, as well as multiple other people being completely rude. please we are people too i wanna go home and spend time with my family but now i'm gonna be out late cause we are short a person and have no time to do closing tasks cause there's people CONSTANTLY. happy holidays though i guess :)

If someone wants to order something stupid expensive even though there is a cheaper way to order it I don’t correct them anymore. After 7 years it’s not worth your effort. Plus more revenue for the store. Not my drink not my problem. People don’t like being corrected

we have a regular mobile who orders a cinnamon dolce.. with no topping, no whip, nonfat milk, no cd syrup, sup skinny cd :| we've tried telling her it'd be easier (and cheaper i think too) if she just orders a skinny and she rolled her eyes and rolled up her window lol. it is what it is i guess
