hi i haven’t been a partner very long (since october this year) so i’ve never had to request time off. next month though i do need a day off and i was wondering if the “time off” option on the sbuxpartnerhrs app is the way to do it? and also if i need to explain why in the details section?

Yes. That’s how you request time off. You have to ask at least 3 weeks in advance or the app won’t accept the request. If it’s within 3 weeks but the schedule isn’t out yet, try talking to your SM on Monday when they are making the schedule.
