I have kept sandwiches/wraps, and bagels in my freezer for a little over a month with no issue. I always take them out and put them in the fridge to defrost the night before if I want them for breakfast the next day.
My reheating method is to put them in the microwave for a minute and a half to two minutes (depending on the item and the strength of your microwave). The microwave is to get them hot, but it leaves everything kinda soft. So, while they're in the microwave, I preheat my broiler and then transfer them to the now hot oven until the bread/tortilla is crispy. If its a sandwich I'll broil it open face to make sure the bacon and what not gets crispy.
I've never used a toaster oven so I'm not positive if there's a broil setting, but I'm sure getting it as hot as possible will work the same.

I use the toaster oven all the time. I thaw them overnight and then put them in the toaster oven for 5ish minutes at 350
