Hello everyone, im wondering if anyone can tell me how to use my benefits. For example, when I go to the dentist, do I give them a number or a card to cover me? And what about my spouse? Also, is it possible to get reimbursed if I already paid for eye glasses, or do I have to use my insurance prior to paying? Thanks soy matcha!

It to be given to you. For dental I only have a number to give the dentist. You can try to run you purchase through insurance, but only if you definitely already had the insurance when you purchased it. Either way I would call the company

So I can’t answer everything here but for me at least in Canada I just tell my dental office I have insurance and give them my card and the receptionist inputs everything for me
