2 customers in the lobby. One orders a cinnamon dolce latte, the other orders one latte and one dry cappuccino.

Man: *picks up the wrong drink, leaves and almost immediately storms back inside* I don't know what this is but its not a cappuccino.

Me: Oh no i'm so sorry! Let me remake that for you

Man: This was disgusting. It was NOT a dry cappuccino, this is a wet soggy disgusting cappuccino.

Me: Im really sorry, im remaking that right now for ya!

Man: You should really learn your own recipes since you work for this company.

Me: *now irritated* Can i see that drink sir?

Man: Oh. Well can you hurry up on that?

Then he proceeds to tell us how much he loves our store.

I got yelled at on drive thru today because a lady didn’t understand displacement and that her drink actually was made with light ice. She made me remake her drink twice and still didn’t understand that there is still some ice in a drink that’s light ice 🙃🙃

A woman ordered a caramel macchiato with soy because she insisted she was highly “ALLERGIC” to dairy. Barista at the register asks if she would still like the caramel drizzle, she goes of course why wouldn’t I. The barista proceeds to her that our caramel sauce has some dairy in it and since she’s “highly allergic” she was just double checking. The woman goes off about how caramel doesn’t have dairy. She’s always had it, blah blah blah. The barista grabs the ingredients list and shows her. The woman refusing to admit her ignorance, well that must be new because I’ve always been okay with having it.
