Coffee tasting steps? (self.starbucksbaristas)

My manager asked me to lead a coffee tasting since I’m one of the few baristas left who has actually done one and she’s new to the company. Can someone remind me of the specific steps here? Smell, slurp, locate and describe. But anything else specific?

Do you have a coffee passport? I worked at a Tarbucks but we used it as a cheat sheet. We would also pair with a pastry for the managers who had to join in but didn’t like coffee lol.
