Most of my face is covered by the mask, for all you know I'm smiling my mouth off. Not to mention I have RBF, and she was being a pain in the ass entitled customer who didn't understand what she wanted.

Sadly in this case it was another woman telling me to smile. I'd have been even more pissed if it was a man.

Just being the devil’s advocate but genuine smiles are seen in the eyes. So she technically wasn’t wrong...just sayin
