Starbucks designates 24 hours of one on one training, typically three 8 hour shifts, and then, labor allowing, you may get a few shifts where you’re paired with another partner, but that’s never guaranteed. I’m sorry you were misinformed about what kind of training you would receive, but with two weeks of training, you’ve received more than the average new hire.
