Speak to your manager again, clearly & straightforwardly. Let them know that you are being patient but are entitled to your money. Ask them if they need anything from you or should you speak to the DM to ensure this moves ahead? You may word this in a way you feel comfortable with & that jives with your individual relationship with SM but be clear, without being threatening, that you don't intend to have this conversation again. Unless there is some genuine reason (that bonuses take x amount of time, they need info from you, etc.) then this needs to happen now. *snaps in zig zag*
