Yep. We have someone that mobile orders while they’re in our parking lot and then comes through the drive thru 30 seconds later. They don’t stop at the box or anything.

oh god that’s annoying. yeah the girl we hate always tries to get a free strawberry açaí and today she didn’t clarify was size she wanted and we just gave her a grande and she was like “i wanted a venti” girl no u didn’t but okay 🧍♂️

We have so many people that do that. Like why not just order at the window or come inside to order at that point. You're not going to get your stuff any faster.

We also have a woman who mobile orders a frapp with three extra shots. She comes into the cafe two minutes after placing her order and never wears a mask when she walks in, then makes a scene when we ask her to put on her mask (stops back outside to her car and everything). She then complains her drink isn’t ready when she had just placed it two minutes before walking in. Then, when her drink is ready, she makes us remake her drink a minimum of 3 times because it’s “too liquidy” (duh, there’s three extra shots, it’s gonna be liquidy). She complains how we never get it right. Like if we never get it right, why don’t you place your mobile order for another cafe?

this lady orders a caramel frappuccino every week and wants an entire short cup of caramel for free. she typically gets it for a little over a dollar. got upset we were gonna charge her and threw a straw wrapper at the girl on window. manager confronted her then next week, she threatened to throw something at him. he threatened to ban her. she then asked me if i could slide her a cup of caramel and asked me to kick his butt for her. needless to say shes banned now.

ooouu, we have a tiffany! she's a sweetheart to me but she never trusts tht we put her extra shots in her drink 🙄 like, girl! if u order it,, we're gonna make it!! n then she'll have payment problems 7/10ths of the time... n then we have like 8 min dt times 😣

ah yes.......... she orders three or four really stupid complicated drinks and NEVER. EVER. wears a mask. we have to give her one every single time. like it's been EIGHT MONTHS KAROL WHEN WILL YOU LEARN?!

yeahhhh, we have a customer who always orders the royal english tea and specifically says “with as much cream i can get without paying”. it always irks me. it’s essentially bc she doesn’t wanna pay the extra what? dollar? for the latte. we started giving her a pup cups worth of cream and then she complained it wasn’t enough cream :)
