hey!!
for lattes, it's 1 shot for tall and 2 shots for grande/venti.. but it's 3 shots for venti iced. another difference is flat whites! they get an extra shot and they are ristretto. so a tall flat white gets 2 ristretto shots and a venti iced would get 4!
a double shot on ice is made in a shaker that's used for the refreshers. you put the corresponding scoop of ice and add classic (2 pumps for tall, 3 for grande, and 5 for venti) and then put the shots, same amount as the classic (2 shots for tall, 3 for grande, 5 for venti) and shake!! then you pour it into a cup and fill the rest of the way with 2%
and for the syrups!! i usually just remember based on grande size which always gets 4 pumps, and then remember that it's one less for tall(3) and one more for venti (5). but when the drink is venti iced, it's like the shot and gets one more pump of syrup(6). then the trenta is also iced so i count up from there once more (7). so it's short(2) tall(3) grande(4) venti hot(5) venti iced (6) trenta(7). the only tricky part is the cold brews.. for some reason the grande salted caramel cold brew gets 4 full caramel pumps, but the grande irish cream only gets 2 full pumps and same with the vanilla in the pumpkin cream cold brew (4 cold bar pumps). for the cold brews i usually just check the app! the app is so helpful for any recipes you're confused on!!
i hope i helped a bit! i'm also pretty new, but lmk if i can help with anything else! 🥲
