read some of our yelp reviews and people are angry that we were closed a couple of times. sorry becky we had to close due to covid and a whole bunch of us are in isolationđŸ˜’

There's one from my old store that's pretty much calling us incompetent retards because he couldn't get a "simple" drink for his wife that he waited 30 minutes for.
But he conveniently left out how he made the 16 year old drive-through partner bawl their eyes out, argued with the shift supervisor for 15 minutes, and then argued with the store manager for 10 minutes. Refused to leave until cops were called.
Also had the audacity to try and lie about it to DM when he filed a complaint. Course SM knew what was up and defended us.
He Still got a $50 gift card from DM.

It’s that last sentence that really burns my buttons! Sbux constantly rewards bad behaviour and then wonders why there are so many problems! Royally pisses me off..

Someone left a bad review, mentioned my name but this was in the middle of the pandemic so I hadn't been working for like 2-3 months or so and no one else with my name or anything close to my name.. We were all confused.

My store had a yelp review our store and accuse us of constantly making her drink wrong, it turned out we made it exactly the way she ordered it and tried to correct her on how to order it to get what she wanted but she was convinced she was right.
